Tanner Jorgensen

The president and CEO of Dental Practice Matchmaker, Tanner graduated with a business degree in 2018 from the University of Georgia. He partnered with his dental family in 2023 to transform Dental Practice Matchmaker from a Facebook group into a fully-fledged company.

As the architect of the member website and mobile app, he is solely focused on creating a better experience for dentists and dental students, and keeping private practice alive and well.

Dr. Bridgett Jorgensen

Dr. Bridgett has enjoyed a near lifetime in dentistry. She graduated 34 years ago from dental school, and has been a dental assistant, receptionist, hygienist, and dentist. After working in corporate offices and private practices, she started a practice from scratch in 1994 and sold it 25 years later without a broker.

She created the Dental Practice Matchmaker Facebook Group back in 2021 to give dentists options other than going through brokers and recruiters. Her most important goal is to keep dentists in private practice.

Dr. Delaney Spaulding

Dr. Delaney Spaulding graduated in 2018 from Boston University. She has been through the recent dental education system, graduating, finding her first job (at a DSO), moving to another state, getting a new job in private practice, then purchasing a completely “in network” practice and converting it to an “out of network” practice.

She did all of this in five years while also marrying and becoming a mom to three sons. Dr. Delaney has been there – done that, and can guide the younger members of the Dental Practice Matchmaker community to reach their potential.

Allen Jorgensen

Allen has been in the dental industry for several decades as an office co-owner and as the creator of Lighthouse 360. He took a startup dental communications company from three people to 50 and eventually sold it to Schein One in 2013.

His business acumen helped us grow from a few colleagues in our Facebook group to the over 27,000 we have now.
