Elegantly Dental is a growing, privately owned multi-location dental practice in the Orlando area seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. With the expansion of our MetroWest location into an additional suite and increased doctor availability at our Ocoee location, we have an opportunity for the right dentist to step into a busy, established patient base with significant room for continued growth.

Compensation is collection-based at a very competitive rate, giving productive doctors strong earning potential without an artificial cap on growth. Our offices incorporate advanced digital workflows and procedures including: In-house clear aligner therapy Guided implant placement In-house 3D-printed surgical guide fabrication Digital wax-ups and treatment planning 3D-printed night guards and appliances Digital scanning and modern restorative workflows Implant and surgical dentistry Cosmetic and comprehensive restorative dentistry And many additional procedures and technologies

Grow Your Clinical Skills
Previous experience with implants, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, surgery, or advanced digital dentistry is a plus, but not required. For the right dentist, we are willing to provide hands-on mentorship and training to help expand your clinical skill set and reach your full potential. Our goal is to give our associates exposure to procedures and technology that many traditional associate positions simply do not offer.

Who We’re Looking For
We prefer a dentist with 2+ years of clinical experience who is confident with diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and patient communication. We are looking for someone who is: Clinically driven and interested in continuing to improve Comfortable diagnosing comprehensive treatment Productive while maintaining high-quality dentistry Excellent with patients and team members Interested in learning advanced procedures and digital dentistry Looking for a long-term home rather than a short-term associate position
