As the second-largest city in Indiana, Fort Wayne offers many cultural and entertainment amenities in a convenient and family-friendly setting while being within a 3-hour drive of Indianapolis, Detroit, and Chicago.
With four locations in Fort Wayne, our family-oriented practice has a strong emphasis on the patient experience, excellent clinical care, and service. With a diverse patient base and FFS/PPO/Medicaid payer mix, we have consistently been able to keep full schedules for our providers as we have grown, giving them the opportunity to succeed.
Each of our locations is state-of-the-art, with fully digital x-rays, iTero and 3Shape intraoral scanners, modern equipment (mostly Adec) and attractive facilities. All locations have been recently renovated or constructed within the past 3 years and 3/4 of the locations have cone beam technology.
Our high new-patient volume and well-trained staff will offer tremendous potential for a motivated dentist to achieve an excellent income and experience great procedure variety consisting of surgery, endodontics, Invisalign, crown/bridge, prosthetics, pediatrics, and implants. Mentorship is always available to candidates who would like to expand their skillset in these areas. Our associates with >1 yr. experience have consistently earned $250K+. All locations are located in well-populated, urban/suburban areas within a 10–20-minute drive of one another. Most providers work in 1-2 locations regularly and scheduling will be determined prior to hiring.
Both new/recent graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply. Competitive compensation and benefits package includes a guaranteed base pay or percentage of production, paid vacation, group health insurance, $5000/year CE and travel expense reimbursement, malpractice insurance reimbursement, and a 401K retirement plan with 3% employer-matching.
